@_the_a_bis @PsychosisSafari @oliviarodrigo Most arena acts will set you back at least £100 these days (£102 for the Strokes FFS!). Even an academy band with one or two albums is 40-50 quid! Going to the Suede/Manics co-headline tour which at £70 for two decent sized bands felt reasonable.

They’re really into their music but aren’t ever gonna be able to see anyone they like as they’re growing up. That was never an issue for us, we could afford to see who we wanted and you could queue to ensure tickets as well
