Today I had a very bad experience with a bus conductor while travelling to my college Maulana Azad National Urdu University. Ticket was ₹40 but I gave ₹200. The conductor said he didn’t have change and wrote the balance on the back of the ticket. @TGSRTC #TGSRTC

@TGSRTCHQ I took the Koti–Raviryal bus today. The conductor denied a Mahalakshmi ticket despite my updated Aadhaar and made me get down at a non-stop, isolated area with many boys, which felt unsafe. Please take strict action against the conductor.
