What mid-size and larger tech companies are *still* full-remote? Lots of ones with 100+ devs went back to hybrid. Which ones remain? Ones I know of: - Shopify - Airbnb - Coinbase - GitLab - Mozilla - Grafana - DuckDuckGo Which other ones?

@GergelyOrosz Pixel has that too. Is that a USB-C iPhone? A lot of standard USB-C Power Delivery ICs have moisture detection, so using those gives you the feature for free. Was that available in lightning iPhones?

What great engineering looks like: invisible at most times… except when it matters. Had no idea an iPhone would measure water presence on a charging port and warn for it. But it does! Was at a pool and a few hours later when plugging it in got this helpful message.

@mikemearls Why that choice of odd/even? Nat 20s are even, so i'd save that for enemies, it's a bummer to only be able to crit your allies

5e house rule for friendly fire: When making a ranged attack into melee the attacker rolls 2d20. After seeing the rolls, they decide if the attack is made with advantage or disadvantage. If the die roll is even, they attack their ally. If it is odd, they attack their opponent.

Any attempt to understand what is happening through reason is a waste of time...

@mikemearls That table is amazing. I've been looking for something similar for ages (esp. expected damage output from a party) Your HP numbers per CR are below the DMG, and above statistics over published (e.g. blogofholding.com/?p=7338 ), were those internal designer guidelines?

OK, so let me breakdown the root problem of CR. It was terrible in 2014 and it remains terrible in 2025. It ignores how we actually play the game and is a millstone around the 5e system. It also explains why low level 5e works. But why is that? Check the image below.
