It’s been four years since Mr Bozzle found a sandwich in this hole, and every day we still have to visit the Magic Sandwich Stump to see if it will deliver. No luck today.

BREAKING: 🇮🇷🇮🇱🇺🇸 The Iranians found the ID card of ‘Major Amanda M. Ryder’ of the U.S. Air Force It can be seen that she got a B2 stay permit from Israel, which is interesting because it only allows tourism or business.

@KenNestegg Carney’s trade record isn’t hype: China ag access restored, UAE investment treaty signed, Indonesia signed (awaiting ratification), Mercosur nearing completion, India CEPA restarted. Not every deal is finished—but claiming he’s done “nothing” is just false.

The Canadian Taxpayers Federation has revealed that Carney spent over $500,000 on airplane food last year. That's more than the average family will spend on groceries in 30 years!!! Carney spends even MORE on airplane food Prime Minister Mark Carney and his entourage billed you for half a million dollars on airplane food in one year. Loyal readers of the Taxpayer Waste Watch will remember our story about Carney spending more money on airplane food than former prime minister Justin Trudeau. Well, we have some new numbers for you. And they’re bad… Carney and his entourage spent $524,100 on airplane food in one year, according to government documents obtained by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation. That’s more than an average Canadian family will spend on groceries in 30 years. Carney and his entourage billed taxpayers $159,000 for airplane food during a week-long trip to Athens, Abu Dhabi, Johannesburg and the Canary Islands. Carney also billed you $94,000 on airplane food during a trip to Italy in 2025. That’s more than double what Trudeau spent on airplane food during his trip to Italy the year before. Even when Trudeau spent $220,000 on airplane food during a trip to the Indo-Pacific, the cost worked out to $4,200 per hour. That’s still less than Carney spent on his trip to Italy. Carney spent $21,158 on airplane food during a three-hour roundtrip to Washington D.C. That’s $7,000 per hour on airplane food. Carney and crew also spent $60,000 on airplane food during a visit to Paris and London, and $50,000 during a trip to Belgium and the Netherlands. Meanwhile, other politicians and bureaucrats are proving it is possible to spend less while travelling abroad. Former defence minister Bill Blair took an international trip last year. Blair’s delegation spent just $2,350 on airplane food during the entire 12-day trip. The government’s chief of defence staff went to Washington, D.C., with members of the Canadian Armed Forces last March. They billed taxpayers zero dollars for airplane food, according to government records. Franco’s note: The government told you it would cut down on these extravagant international trips but spending half a million dollars on airplane food doesn’t exactly scream fiscal responsibility.

@dmpetro It can be walking, slow pedaling, or complete rest. The goal is to recover enough to go all-out again on the next effort.

The most effective workout for fat loss only takes 2–4 minutes. (And it's backed by 70+ studies.) Not daily HIIT classes. Not spending an hour on the treadmill. Not hitting 15,000 steps per day (although that helps, too). The research shows something really interesting. Researchers compared sprint intervals, cardio, and classic HIIT. Here’s what they found: • Sprint Interval Training (SIT) produced 91.8% more fat loss than cardio • SIT produced 39.5% more fat loss than HIIT • SIT sessions took 71% less time than cardio What SIT looks like: • 10–30 seconds of all-out sprinting • 2–4 minutes of full rest • Repeat 4–8 times • 2x per week That’s it. You don't even need any equipment. Why it works: • Activates fast-twitch muscle fibers (the ones that burn the most energy) • Spikes growth hormone + post-workout fat burn • Preserves muscle instead of breaking it down • Keeps cortisol lower than long cardio Most people spend longer deciding what workout to do than this session actually takes. If fat loss is the goal, Sprint Interval Training is the highest ROI workout you can do. 2–4 minutes of real intensity → leaner, stronger, faster. --- If you'd like help implementing this (safely) into your training regime, send me a DM saying "Interested" and let's see how I can help.

The story telling is horseshit. This has all the hallmarks of a special mission in Isfahan to grab the Uranium that failed catastrophically. The C-130. The FARP. The hundreds of special mission troops. The lack of particulars and identities. Everything including the 2000 marines and who knows how many paratroops was a feint. The mission as advertised was a raid on Isfahan that likely absolutely failed (could also explain the firing of the generals) I could read it a month ago they were planning a raid. You bet the Iranians read it long ago. Let's see how many training accidents, lost-at-sea and helicopter crashes turn up in reports this coming two weeks and that's your casualty list.

So, if I got that right, here's the narrative: - A US F-15E fighter jet got shot down over Iran, despite Trump saying 2 days beforehand in his nationwide address that Iran has "no anti-aircraft equipment. Their radar is 100% annihilated." (apnews.com/article/donald…) - The plane's weapons systems officer - a "highly respected Colonel," according to Trump - ejected from the plane and got "seriously wounded" (still according to Trump: @realDonaldTrump/116351956955900185" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTru…) - He still managed to "hike up a 7,000-foot [2.1km] mountain ridgeline and hide in a crevice" in the Zagros Mountains, despite his wounds (time.com/article/2026/0…) - U.S. MQ-9 Reaper drones started killing all "Iranian military-aged males believed to be a threat who got within three kilometers of [the American's location]" (x.com/ByChrisGordon/…) - To retrieve him the U.S. managed to seize an "abandoned airport," 200 miles deep inside Iran, near Isfahan (bbc.com/news/articles/…), which happens to be where Iran's largest atomic scientific center is located (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isfahan_N…) - They landed two MC-130 military transport planes in that airport (theaviationist.com/2026/04/05/u-s…) in an operation involving "hundreds of special forces troops and military personnel" (time.com/article/2026/0…) - Both MC-130 planes got "stuck in the sand" and the U.S. destroyed them themselves "to prevent them from falling into Iranian hands" (theaviationist.com/2026/04/05/u-s…) - They deployed "three new aircraft to extract all the U.S. personnel" on the ground (theaviationist.com/2026/04/05/u-s…) - There are videos circulating online of "heavy clashes" with presumably Iranian missiles raining down in Kohgiluyeh County, in the Zagros Mountains during that night (x.com/Afshin_Ismaeli…) - Iran sent pictures of the aftermath at the "abandoned airport" and it's a sight of utter destruction, with US plane and MH-6 helicopter parts scattered all over the ground, still smoking (turkiyetoday.com/region/wreckag…). Iran claims they are the ones who in fact destroyed all the aircraft. - Meanwhile a second U.S. plane, an A-10 Warthog, also crashed on Friday near the Strait of Hormuz according to two U.S. officials speaking to the NYT (#47863db0-d61e-51bf-b7e1-6c4a9dc988e7" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">nytimes.com/live/2026/04/0…). In that instance too the lone pilot was apparently "safely rescued." - In all this, after the multiple planes and helicopters destroyed or shot down, the documented heavy clashes, the "hundreds of special forces troops and military personnel" operating deep inside Iran, not a single US soldier was reported killed "or even wounded" (according to Trump: @realDonaldTrump/116350133044957842" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTru…). - And the 'highly respected Colonel' this was all for? No name. No photo. No interview. Nobody has spoken to him nor knows who he is. So to sum up: anti-aircraft equipment that supposedly didn't exist shot down an F-15 (and, apparently, an A-10 Warthog the same day). A seriously wounded man climbed a 2.1km mountain. The US seized an airfield 200 miles inside a country it's at war with, next to one of its most strategic nuclear sites, and deployed hundreds of troops all apparently unimpeded. Lost two planes to "sand" and destroyed their own helicopters. Videos show heavy clashes, missiles raining down - but not a single person got "even wounded". And the man at the center of it all? Nobody knows who he is, completely anonymous, zero pictures, but Trump says he is "SAFE and SOUND." And so is the rescued A-10 Warthog pilot, who also remains anonymous. Trump concludes this all proves the US has "achieved overwhelming Air Dominance and Superiority over the Iranian skies" (@realDonaldTrump/116350133044957842" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTru…), despite the whole episode only happening because Iran shot his planes out of the sky. Basically, the only thing that's "overwhelming" here is the audacity of the storytelling...

Mark Carney’s official Easter message just dropped… and it’s getting absolutely roasted. Instead of any mention of the resurrection, faith, or the actual meaning of the holiday, he posted a generic note about painted eggs and “spending time with family.” In a country with deep Christian roots, the Prime Minister’s Easter greeting was reduced to colourful eggs and brunch vibes. Many Canadians are calling it tone deaf, empty, and completely out of touch. This is the same leader who was quick to highlight other cultural observances like EID and Ramadan, but when it comes to Easter, it’s watered down to the bare minimum.

@d3vp0ll @_AshleyRichmond You are incorrect. Personally HiiT and a slight calorie deficit works better than just a calorie deficit. Especially when you are over 50 trying to recomp and put on muscle. If you can use SIT or HiiT with a slighter calorie deficit, it’s way more effective.

@_AshleyRichmond This is all bullshit and nonsense. If you went to lose fat, you need to simply eat less than you burn. There is no magic workout lmao. Exercise makes you fitter, eating less than you burn makes you leaner. Fucking simple. Ignore this bullshit
