Can we please retire the phrase “taking a woman’s virginity”? It’s an experience you have, not a possession you lose. We should stop using language that treats a person’s autonomy like a prize to be won.😐

To further buttress my point… The street football culture here is purely entertainment, nobody cares about goals. They just want to see skills and scream. In Nigeria it’s different these kind of players in a 1v1 tournament will smoke everybody and give you proper entertainment, even Sergio Ramos go collect !! Because it’s the type of football they’re already used to But put them in an actual football match and watch the nonsense they’ll play, you’ll substitute them before 10 minutes and remand them in a maximum prison !! 1v1 performance or freestyle football does not equal actual football talent.
The Big Bird🦅⚽️@c_mobike

The mistake here is thinking 1v1 tournament performance = overall football talent. First of all, Generally speaking….Talent is not a question here. Trust me in Nigeria we have it in abundance but talent QUALITY is where we may have a big problem (blame the system) Now let’s move to the 1v1 tournament, It’s wrong to compare what a 1v1 tournament like that looks like in Brazil or in London etc to that of Nigeria. The difference is in the football culture/system You’re judging Nigerian players in a format they didn’t grow up playing, against players from cultures where 1v1 is part of their DNA or training. Brazilian players grow up expressing themselves in that way. European players are coached into it. Most Nigerian players are raised in systems where the priority is team play, survival and strength! That 1v1 Africa tournament was the first time most of those players experienced something like that So naturally, the output will look different. That’s not a talent issue, it’s Cultural context issue 1v1 tournaments are not normal football games, they require a different mentality entirely. It’s just like FREESTYLING, how many Nigerian players can actually do freestyles with the ball? But it’s a very normal thing in the streets of Brazil. A good/bad freestyle player doesn’t equate to football talent Put those same players in a full game context and you’ll get a completely different conversation. comparisons like this are what killed Nigerian football.!!

I need more Igbo parents to keep their boys in school a bit more before sending them out for igba boy. Too many Igbo men are out here with little to zero critical thinking skills and an inability to express their opinions without resorting to insults.

But at the end of the day, why I don’t stress much is that, even women that loves you deeply contributes little or nothing to your life. Eeeh! Ok, you love me, what will you do differently that a woman pretending to love me won’t do as well?? What’s the difference?! Nothing!

It’s mostly MEN, MEN, MEN that push for cohabiting. Makes you wonder why. And oh they’d always claim it’s not because of sex but trust me, it’s either for unlimited sex or they’re looking for unpaid housekeepers🙂 Cohabiting helps you know the other person better, I agree but if you don’t know how to control your urges or restrain, you’d find that the man is just lodging you for sex🧏🏽‍♀️ Lastly, The Bible says flee from every appears of evil. That’s all I have to say🙏🏻

I was in this African country and someone asked me if I was from African. I had to pause and regroup, because why would an AFRICAN ask if I’m from Africa? Until I realized they didn’t consider themselves African. lol

Wait those commissioner and house member don't have jobs to do, like are you kidding me. They should leave their private job And be following Peter obi, Public office is not private enterprise, is an opportunity to serve, when your tenure elapses you should go back to your normal day to day activities. It is this mentality you have, that makes Nigerian politicans even African politicians different from their European counterparts.
Duru Bond@Bond_not_james

Said this yesterday. No commissioner or house member from his time as governor is with him. Many of his comrades from even the last election have left him. From Okupe to Datti to Kenneth Okonkwo to even Alex Otti and many more. This is the person some slow people think can fix this country with all its complex moving parts.
