Together with @DNDi and FoundationS, we’re proud to receive a positive CHMP (Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use) opinion from the European Medicines Agency for our new treatment for adults and adolescents with early and advanced stage gambiense sleeping sickness.
This recommendation paves the way to bring innovative treatment to people affected by this deadly disease and aligns with the World Health Organization’s goal of eliminating gambiense sleeping sickness by 2030.
