I’m pleased to announce that I have joined @MeliuzBitcoin as Director of Bitcoin Strategy. Méliuz is the first and largest Bitcoin treasury company in Brazil and Latin America, setting the standard for corporate treasury management and strategic Bitcoin allocation in public markets across the region. Listed on Brazil’s B3 exchange under the ticker $CASH3, Méliuz manages its Bitcoin treasury with a disciplined, long-term approach, actively utilizing capital market strategies to grow and optimize its Bitcoin holdings for shareholders. Given Brazil’s challenging economic history—marked by persistent inflation and currency volatility—Bitcoin represents a uniquely robust treasury asset. Its scarcity, transparency, and liquidity make it exceptionally suited for corporate balance sheets aiming to preserve and grow shareholder value over the long term. I am particularly excited by the opportunity to help drive Bitcoin adoption in Latin America—a region uniquely positioned to benefit from Bitcoin at both the corporate and individual levels. Méliuz is strategically positioned to lead this adoption: on one hand, pioneering a corporate Bitcoin treasury strategy, and on the other, providing consumer-level access through an app with over 40 million users who can seamlessly purchase Bitcoin.
