@AmyStuda A diferença faz pro cardiologista no diagnóstico, um paciente com 120/130 basal vir com 140 na consulta e MAPA e ganhar remédio de uso contínuo mais cedo. Agora diferença clínica entre 160 e 180 não tem muita em curtíssimo prazo.

@AmyStuda Eu sou médico, sei do que estou falando. Também sou hipertenso tipo esse caso, tomo 4 drogas. Café, energético, fazem pouca diferença. Não vão dar edema agudo em ninguém, tomando meus remédios continua controlado
