@NotA_Bull I did that from 2014-2022. Worked out wonderfully.
$VTI and $VTSAX
English

@DTIH_Princess @IRS_MEDIC Lol. I've felt that way about paperwork I've sent them. These tax agency representatives really grind my gears.
English

@dobbenner @IRS_MEDIC Thank you for the response. I appreciate it. I'm very interested to see how TAS responds to my email because I feel it really was a thing of Beauty painting them into corner forcing them to reply to something that they claim they don't have 😂
English

@Brandon1915 @yonann No he means (I think) the owner keeps the monthly 50k and he takes whatever profit exceeds the monthly 50k
English

Grant Cardone breaks down exactly what he'd do with $10K and $50K right now.
"If I had $10,000 I would invest all of it in learning a skill set, I'd have no problem going to zero"
"If I had $50K I wouldn't even spend it, I'd put it in a bank account to make me look legit, then find a business doing 50 grand a month and tell the guy you keep the first 50, I get the keys, I get everything above that"
"Find a guy who's tired of being in the business, laundromat, car wash, apartment building, he goes home, keeps getting his 50 and you take over everything"
English

@Nancy023922191 FWIW, most employers and people who issue 1099s and K2 and other IRs, demand W4s and W9s are impersonating a federal office.
law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18…

English

@Nancy023922191 That's missapplied. It's a self-reporting system, so if you have taxable income, you report it.
IF YOU HAVE TAXABLE INCOME
Most don't.
English

Just a reminder that the US tax system is based on voluntary compliance.

Yep……but it’s hard to fight this evil sometimes!!! But in case somebody needs this information, here it is!!!
English

@dobbenner @IRS_MEDIC ... they flagged it as some social media scam and then they used a bunch of word salad and they listed forms that are completely irrelevant, that I never sent in… I went to my senator, had them open up a case, TAS sent me this response...
English

@DTIH_Princess @IRS_MEDIC Same playbook as the FTB.
I asked them the same, no response, proceeded to collections and bank Levy.
IME though, the IRS is much better at following the law if you make them.
This may be of help: losthorizons.com/FRP/FRPFraud.h…
That's how I found my return couldn't be frivolous
English

@dobbenner @IRS_MEDIC And basically said pull the return or come up with 5K… And so I sent off a very strong response saying prove to me that you have it, tell me what line item is wrong, what needs to be corrected specifically and that reply was sent 4/13 no word yet
English

@DTIH_Princess @IRS_MEDIC For what reason did they call it frivolous?
The FTB is saying the same thing on mine, but it's covered under a provision of the IRC so it can't be frivolous, yet they continue steamroller enforcement. Idk what to do when they dont even follow the law.
English

@IRS_MEDIC I might need to schedule some time with you… Enforcements one thing, but what if they owe you? If they lost my return, and now are claiming "frivolous" and want to fine me $5k for a retune they claim doesn't exist 🙄
English

@SUDHIRT64354301 @PeterSchiff Pretty much in every supreme court case.
losthorizons.com/TaxFraud.pdf

English

@PeterSchiff Controversy aside, it’s worth hearing different perspectives but when it comes to income tax, courts have consistently upheld its legality, so it’s important to separate personal views from established law.
English

There was a lot of controversy in reaction to my post on Tax Day about my father’s views on the income tax and how it’s illegally enforced. Watch this video and listen to my father explain his views in his own words. Decide for yourself if they have merit.youtube.com/watch?v=BNy5el…

English

@PeterSchiff Not Unconstitutional.
Widely (and, in many case, unconstitutionally) misapplied
English

@ChAsEdxPaPeR @GoingParabolic It's not private sector, but a corporation of the public trust known as the USA
English

@ChAsEdxPaPeR @GoingParabolic Interesting. He's the first CEO of it
English

@GoingParabolic Apparently it’s already been privatized.
SINCE WHEN DOES THE IRS HAVE A CEO?

English

@FmrRepMTG You are a nutcase and it is criminal for you to advocate that paying federal income taxes is "voluntary." See Wesley Snipes. Why don't you just go away?
English

Today, millions of Americans volunteer to pay federal income tax that actually is not required by law.
Peter Schiff@PeterSchiff
@SUDHIRT64354301 That's not what the IRS says. They will tell you it's based on voluntary compliance. If compliance were compulsory it would violate the Constitution on many grounds. For one, none of the information on the return could be used against you. But it's all used against you.
English

@freedomyaiyai @FmrRepMTG You asked then to by giving them a W-4 certificate of withholding
English

@FmrRepMTG If it's so voluntary why is my employer required to take it out of my check?
English

@FmrRepMTG >volunteer
>Not required by law!
Most people don't want federal mafia taking even further action against them. Not all Americans have the same protection as you @FmrRepMTG nor the connections to avoid these consequences.
English

@AcomathorDave @FmrRepMTG "Voluntary compliance," means individuals are responsible for self-reporting and paying taxes, not that payment is optional.
English

America existed from 1776 to 1913 without an income tax. Today, a portion of every dollar you earn is claimed by the government before you ever see it.
If government has a claim on your income, it has a claim on your labor, your time, your energy, and your life.
You shouldn't have to receive an annual "tax refund"—because your income shouldn't be taken from you to begin with.
Until we are free to keep the fruits of our labor, will we ever truly be free?
