@ReedCarringer @coachbrucepearl I don’t think I’m following. I completely agree that the government should not have intervened in the merger and it appears that is what Bruce is saying. But I’m also far from being on the same page as Bruce Pearl on a number of things.

Here's Biden Department of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg bragging about blocking the Spirit Airlines merger with JetBlue that would have saved the airline from bankruptcy. I don't think America has ever had a more incompetent Secretary of Transportation than Mayor Pete.

VFL and former Tennessee star running back Montario Hardesty has been named the head coach at James Lawson High School in Nashville 🍊 Hardesty played for the #Vols from 2005 to 2009 and rushed for 1,345 yards and 13 touchdowns in his senior season. The New Bern, North Carolina native has held multiple coaching jobs over the years including being South Carolina’s running backs coach from 2021 to 2023. @BigOrangeEnergy I wouldn’t say “couldn’t care less” but winning is what brought the numbers. All the additions to the stadium will look dumb when fans are ‘t motivated to show up - which becomes a potentially fireable situation for Danny considering how he screwed the Tony V situation so badly.

I’ll be that guy to say what most won’t admit. 70-80% of our fanbase couldn’t care less about baseball. Tony Vitello came along, and we became great at something new, which naturally made it fun.
