Re Norway sporting system. One thing I've learnt above all is - you have to play like your place. In other words, the Norway system works well in Norway - unique people, climate, geography, culture, language, history etc. Learn from them of course - but in the end - nations, sporting clubs, teams, coaches and athletes are successful because they figure out what "their way" is - and they work hard at doing things "their way" better than anyone ever thought possible.
