So Flipkart cancelled my Pixel 8 order. The delivery guys just came to my place, asked me to pay the amount first and then only they'd open the box. Plus, they said if, after opening the box, the product were damaged, they would not be held responsible for it, and they woudn't be able to do anything about it. After looking at some old Pixel 8 devices getting delivered earlier today, I opted not to give them the money/OTP first. Asked them to cancel, they forced me to say it over a phone call that it's me who wanted to cancel the order. Awesome job @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

Yes we need to evolve into a society where we ALL feel equally safe. But that is going to take decades. It’s going to hopefully happen with sensitizing and empowering our sons and daughters. The next generations will be better. We will get there. Eventually. But what in the interim ? Right now justice would be to put a hard stop to such atrocities. And the only way to do that is a punishment so harsh that it scares the living daylights out of such perpetrators. That’s what we need. Perhaps ? I stand with the victim's family in seeking justice for their daughter and I stand with all the Doctors that were attacked last night.
