@docbrowno Hi Oli! I am sorry to learn this. Our check in desk's should be open within 3 hours until departure, so it may be that the Airport staff do not permit access until this timescale for security ^James

@VirginAtlantic But we are in transit and would not be stuck here if virgin had not cancelled the flight. Ordinarily, transit passengers stay airside but that hasn’t happened here. You owe us a duty of care - you rescheduled (actually you cancelled) the domestic leg.
