Their own Minister of State for Corporate Affairs, @hdmalhotra, has publicly demolished their vicious misinformation campaign branding Bengal as an “industry-averse” state. 👉 Registered companies in Bengal have risen from 1,46,723 in December 2011 to 2,54,068 in December 2025, an increase of over 1 lakh. 👉 Between March 2015 and July 2025, 69,992 new companies were added. 👉 While the national unemployment rate has hit its worst level in 45 years, Bengal has slashed its unemployment rate by a massive 40%, generating over 2 crore employment opportunities. 👉 Bengal’s GSDP has grown 4.41 times to ₹20.31 lakh crore, with per capita income nearly tripling.
