@goldstone_tony It gets worse. This is the response from @nhs_pensions “there are pre processing errors on the pensions record, these may remain or clear in the future. We would be unable to advise further in this matter” 😡 Their errors, my pension data, they are “unable to advise further”!

Poor. Producing an annual benefit statment is a statory requirement by the scheme. Noone can plan anything with this 👇

There are going to be record numbers without statements sadly this year. It’s one of the most basic and statutory duties of a pension scheme to produce an annual benefit statement. For many it’s there most important asset. No TRS = not acceptable

@goldstone_tony Mine is there, but yet again all the pensions section is blank. NHSBSA says due to missing information from my employer. My employer says information submitted (year after year). I’m left stuck in the middle, usually on hold for an eternity, with no info.

1/ NEW & important - for many of you (the lucky ones) in England & Wales, the new style annual benefit statement - or "Total Reward Statement" has dropped for the 24/25 - but this one is different - very short 🧵

@LittlePersonDoc @goldstone_tony And all you get is an electronic “shrug” and no one with any duty to try and sort the mess. It’s so frustrating, and unnecessary. Imagine if we took as little care with clinical information?!

@goldstone_tony No RPSS either. One of the most stressful aspects of my life is a pensions scheme that I make no decisions about regarding contributions and have no control over changes made to scheme(s).
