Finding it increasingly difficult to recommend a career in Medicine to students :( Sad reality is that there aren’t enough jobs, and the prospect of becoming unemployed after the foundation programme is now more common than uncommon.

Puberty can push kids away from sports due to uneven development. From 11-15, sports shouldn’t be too serious—focus on fun, not competition. Match kids by weight, not age, to keep it fair and engaging. Thoughts?
