Ang goal mo sa clerkship ay GROWTH. You'd be judged negatively on your first month without them knowing it's your first time, and you'd get praises for being efficient in the latter part without them knowing it's your last few months. Either way, you should see growth.

To new clerks, make it a habit na aralin yung rotation kahit thru chatgpt. Laging macurious bakit yun pinapagawa kunyari sa ER or bakit ganito ang binibigay na gamot. Mabilis sya tumatak long term and SUPER helpful once ba binuksan mo na ang reviewer for revalida!
