Wearing my specially made Humboldt Broncos shirt! Beaconsfield students, staff, and parents have really gone all out to show their support today and, despite being away at Principals' Meetings, I wanted to join my school's efforts to support this amazing community! @bjhsaxons

I reminded students that putting on pink does not mean you are perfect. But it does mean you are making a commitment to reflect, then act, to become more inclusive of EVERYBODY. Building COMMUNITY is the best antidote to bullying. Maybe the only lasting one. @bjhsaxons @NLESDCA

I am so proud of these students that have been travelling through Quebec City for the past 6 days! They've represented Beaconsfield, our District and our province with class and humility. Travel presents rich learning opportunities and we all learned so much! @bjhsaxons @NLESDCA

Just had first Open Gym Community Night of 2018! Thanks to 8 teachers & 2 parents that came out after school hours and to 4 grade 9s who organized entire clean-up. Another huge turnout for Music Room, Weight Room, Gaming, and Sports. What a way to start the new year! @bjhsaxons

Today was our 8th & final Friday Open Gym/Community Building Session of 2017. If you could just see all the students (over 200 again!) enjoying so many different activities and each other! So inspiring! Thanks to 45 teachers & parents for volunteering. Grateful isn't the word.
