Majority of perpetrators are known(partner friend,relative,neighbour) to the survivor. THIS is the reality for women every day. Hate seeing our experiences being used to fuel racism.

@KelleyTPPP @Therapists_C My caseload is 3-4 a day and finished mid-afternoon to resume parenting again. If I actually have 4 daily I’m exhausted by Thursday so I prefer a max of 3. On the rare days I have had 5 clients I have suffered in other areas of my life.Not worth it to me

@SimonCounsellor @Therapists_C I used to be 48 hours but since covid I have changed to 24 hours unless it is an emergency and it’s a client who usually honours their appointment time. It also took me time to develop a comfort with and I still dislike implementing it but it works ok

When thinking about your cancellation policy, do you ask for 24 hours notice? 48 hours notice? Do you charge the full fee if a client doesn't attend? A proportion of the fee? Are you more lenient? Do you have a three strikes and you're out type rule? #TherapistsConnect
