I even wondered if Zolak got paid more by the Pats or just doesn’t care as much about the radio show? Either way, the conflict should be disclaimed for the listeners moving fwd.

@bostonradio Beers might be in a tough spot if this happened with the B’s. Both get paid by 98.5 for Pats & B’s games but Zolak also has a larger responsibility to Bertrand & their show to not stupidly change the subject or go radio silent when anything negative about the Pats is discussed.

@KevinAWilson2 @FOS I can understand where you’re coming from but it may be more than a coincidence that Azzi was picked by Dallas. She was def in the top 3 in most mock drafts but many also thought that after Arike signed a long term deal the Wings might be better with a big even after Smith signed
