⚾ | The 2026 @cunebaseball team broke a school record for strikeouts in a single season with 561. The Bulldogs led all NAIA pitching staffs in strikeouts per nine innings (11.96). Concordia had seven pitchers with more than 35 K's this season:

Being a great teammate means you are just as happy about your teammate's success as you are your own success. Great teams have great teammates.

As an AD, I remind our coaches that, if done correctly, they will make a bigger impact than any wins or losses ever could. Although winning is always the goal, building strong relationships, creating accountability, and holding players to championship standards are the things that will stay with athletes for a lifetime. In today’s society, wins and playing time have become the biggest measures of success. However, if we allow those things to define a person’s worth, we miss the true purpose of athletics. The value of relationship building, character development, discipline, and teaching athletes how to handle adversity will always outweigh a scoreboard. Years from now, most athletes will not remember every score or statistic, but they will remember the coaches who challenged them, believed in them as human beings, held them accountable, and helped shape them into better people. That is the lasting impact of coaching.

⚾ | Coach Dupic: "We were all a little uncertain of what things were going to look like even through the winter. For the team to do what they did this year and accomplish so many positive things and do it uphill a little bit and fight through some tough stuff – it’s something I’m really proud of. The guys should be very proud of themselves. They’re tremendous kids and really high-character people. I think it’s one of the more high-character group of kids that we’ve had since I’ve had the opportunity to be here."
