@fundstrat All Tom does is give you degens alpha on an almost daily basis, yet you act like you’re starved for him to justify his calls. It’s unbelievable. You are all Dan.

@fundstrat So no to my bet Tom? It's just $500. Put your money where your mouth is. Very scummy to tell people to blindly hold through a -75% correction when we both know its better to sell and rebuy lower. We are going MUCH lower from here. 40k Bitcoin target or below.

Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FundstratDirect.com
Bitcoin is a volatile asset. We first recommended Bitcoin to Fundstrat clients in 2017 (1%-2% allocation) - Bitcoin 2017 ~$1,000 Since then (past 8.5 years), $BTC: - 6 declines > -50% - 3 declines > - 75% 2025, Bitcoin 100x from our first recommendation TAKEAWAY: To have gained from that 100x Supercycle, one had to stomach existential moments to HODL WHY? Crypto prices are discounting a massive future. So doubts create volatility TODAY: We believe $ETH is embarking on that same Supercycle PS: The path higher is not a straight line HODL

Tom Lee Tracker (Not actually Tom)
Tom Lee on CNBC Closing Bell today: Says the recent pullback is just consolidation after a 6-month run and still expects the S&P 500 to finish the year above 7,000... He even says it could reach 7,000 by the end of this month

US Treasury Secretary Bessent: There is a low-level official in the Chinese trade team who is unhinged, and his name is Li Chenggang. In August, Li Chenggang made threats to plunge the global economy into chaos if the United States imposes fees on Chinese ships docking. Now it's China against the whole world.

I just sold my Bored Ape (#3707) today for $37,000. I bought it for $425,000. That’s almost a $400,000 hole in my chest, and honestly, it feels deserved. Here’s the story: Three years ago, I told myself I wasn’t just “buying a jpeg.” I was buying culture. I was buying access. I was buying a ticket to the “future of the internet.” Today, that “future” looks like me sitting in a Buffalo Wild Wings in Paramus, NJ, with three grown men in faded BAYC hoodies, watching a muted TV play highlights from a lacrosse game none of us cared about. One guy kept showing me his “newest pickup”—a Polygon frog with laser eyes that he swears is “the next BAYC.” He bought 7,000 of them. They’re worth $19. Another guy explained in detail why his girlfriend doesn’t “get NFTs” but actually sleeps in a different apartment. At some point, I suggested we all do the “Ape handshake.” Nobody knew what that meant, so we just sat there in silence, looking at each other, while the waitress asked if we wanted more ranch. That was the moment I knew it was over. I didn’t just lose money. I lost years. I lost hope. I lost the ability to look my accountant in the eye without him audibly sighing. So yeah. The Ape is gone. No utility. No community. No handshake. Just a picture of a monkey that cost me a house.
