@Sessep_Esp @UManresa Pregunta: en vuestro centro de Simulaciòn, se utiliza un unico modelo de debrief, o cada facilitador usa aquel con el que se siente comodo? O, en vuestro desarrollo como facilitadores, habeis cambiado el modelo? O cambiaís de modelo en base a la simulación? Too many questions!!!

TALLER: MEJORANDO LA PRÁCTICA DEL DEBRIEFING Muy interesante para entender bien la técnica y nos invita a seguir los pasos conocidos por todos pero sin sentirse encorsetado en el método. Invita a "salirse" de lo convencional si se considera necesario. #sessep25 @UManresa

@Sessep_Esp Esta es una faceta de la simulaciòn y el debrief en particular que solemos obviar ya que es incomodo de abordar. El trabajo de autores como @vicki_leblanc es fascinate.
