Yesterday at POTO, when asking about the loud noises, they kindly gave a whole time sheet of everything that occurs in the show w no judgement. Can’t tell you how much it meant to know everything before and it made the experience more enjoyable. Can more theatres do this please!!

I’m dedicating this entire week to watching one of my favourite actors ever, Ian Richardson.
Was lucky enough to briefly meet him once after his performance in “The Creeper”.
Could play anything, but was also one of our most subtly gifted comedic actors.

Not “nearly,” but absolutely every time Hades appears in any iteration, I do his voice. I was in the studio just a few weeks ago in fact. I love this character, and the creative team at Disney never fail to do top notch work.

@eveofthedaleks I'd start with New Who but then cherry pick the odd "high rated" story from the original series as you go to get you into it. I started watching Rose on TV and gradually building up my classic DVD collection with the first three Doctors.

@WilliamWho27 @keithburton16 I think it's because even in his first series he was missing doing other projects for a sizeable chunk. The other Doctors, even once they were bankable stars (Tennant and Smith were initially small fries) committed their time to it and only had the odd Doctor-lite episode.

@keithburton16 How did he not commit? Not his fault about the writing or creative decisions made for the era. And we can’t expect him to sit around doing nothing hoping the show would eventually be renewed. He’d still be waiting now as they still haven’t started work on the Christmas special.

Against a creature stronger than anyone has faced. They have no backup from other more powerful allies (except in brief) and alsi have to deal with the unbound Mogget. I love these books very much and am really enjoying sharing them with someone!
