Eight years ago today, I received the call that my father @BillyGraham had gone home to Heaven. He wasn’t afraid to die. In fact, near the end of his life, he said, “I know I’m going to Heaven. I’m looking forward to it with great anticipation because of what Jesus did on that Cross.” What about you? Do you have the same confidence? The most important decision any of us make in life is to accept or reject Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord. That decision changes everything—and it determines where we will spend eternity! Jesus said, “…I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die…” (John 11:25-26). What a promise! If we repent of our sins and put our faith in Jesus Christ, we will be safe in the presence of God forever. If you’ve never made that choice and surrendered your life to Him, I urge you to do that today. Visit peacewithgod.net to read more.

Eight years ago, on Feb. 21, 2018, @BillyGraham went home to be with the Lord. To him, death was not the end, but the wonderful beginning of eternal life in Heaven with his Savior. Today, we thank God for his life and faithful dedication to preaching the Gospel around the world.

#OnThisDay seven years ago, my father @BillyGraham went home to Heaven. In many ways, it is hard to believe he has been gone that long. He spoke of his death long before it happened and said, “Someday you will read or hear that Billy Graham is dead. Don’t you believe a word of it. I shall be more alive than I am now. I will just have changed my address. I will have gone into the presence of God.”
