Was excited for AC Mirage but seems like @UbisoftConnect doesn't work on @OnDeck anymore. Shame @UbisoftSupport

@UbisoftSupport I did get my games saves from the Google takeout. Do you know if there's a way to utilize them with other cloud services or is there a chance those game ownerships will eventually transfer to systems like steam so those saves could be used?

@donbwhite Hi there Donald! The reason that cloud saves are not used in AC Origins and Odyssey is because those games pre-date our Cloud Storage system, and therefore have no way of utilizing it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

@UbisoftSupport I any idea why game saved for AC: Valhalla from Stadia would be accessable on like Luna but not for AC: Odyssey & Origins?

@UbisoftSupport I bought Fenyx recently and I was taking a look at my Ubisoft Connect games through Amazon Luna but I don't see it there even though I see my AC games. Any thoughts?

@UbisoftSupport I disconnected and then reconnected Luna & Ubisoft but no luck. I did open a support ticket on 12/29 but there's no response or activity on it.

@UbisoftSupport any updates on what's being moved as owned from Stadia? With the sale on now it would be helpful to know about whether to pick up any titles.

@UbisoftSupport so I'm a little confused since the Assassin's Creed Valhalla Ultimate Edition said it includes all DLCs but is that not true then and it doesn't include Ragnarok? And if not then should it no be called Ultimate?
