🇷🇺🇺🇦RUSSIA Backs IRAN'S Right to Peaceful Uranium Enrichment Amid US Pressure Russian FM Lavrov said: “The right to enrich uranium for civilian purposes is an inalienable right of the Islamic Republic of Iran.” He added that Russia would support any approach Iran chooses in negotiations with the US, as long as it aligns with the universal principle of enrichment rights under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

The more I listen to President Tinubu speak on Africa, the more I understand why some people are genuinely uncomfortable with him beyond ordinary politics. The man is not speaking like someone chasing social media applause or emotional claps from angry citizens. He is actually talking like someone who understands power, economics, history and the systems that have kept Africa mentally and financially dependent for generations. When he said Africa cannot continue being a “price-taker” on its own resources, that line hit me personally because that has been the tragedy of this continent for decades. Africa holds about 30% of the world’s mineral reserves, yet contributes less than 3% to global manufacturing output. Think about that deeply. We own the raw materials but others control the processing, pricing, shipping, exchanges and profits. Africa exports crude oil and imports refined fuel. Africa exports cocoa and imports expensive chocolate. Africa exports lithium and cobalt, then buys back batteries and electronics at premium prices from countries that barely have those resources naturally. Somewhere along the line, Africans became workers inside a system designed for others to remain owners. And the painful part is that many Africans themselves are comfortable with this structure. They complain about colonialism every day but panic anytime an African leader starts talking about African-controlled systems, African commodity exchanges, African currencies and African bargaining power. One foreign rating agency coughs and African elites start shaking immediately. Tinubu saying “Why don’t you start one?” when asked about Africa building its own exchange platform is exactly the kind of mindset this continent has lacked for years. Direct. Bold. Unapologetic. No begging. No victim mentality. People don’t realize that commodity exchanges are part of how global power is controlled. London, New York and Chicago help determine prices for resources produced in Africa while intra-African trade still struggles below 20%. That is structural dependence. This is why I laugh whenever some Nigerians reduce Tinubu to ordinary local politics and Twitter insults. While many politicians are still trapped inside “Nigeria is finished” speeches every week, Tinubu is discussing industrialization, African markets, manufacturing, commodity exchanges and continental economic influence with global investors and African leaders. That conversation is bigger than local politics. Honestly, many people attacking him do not even know that they are defending the same dependency structure that has kept Africa weak for decades. Some Africans trust foreign validation more than they trust their own continent. That inferiority complex is one of Africa’s biggest problems. Africa can never become powerful while exporting raw materials cheaply and importing finished products at expensive prices. Africa can never negotiate from strength while Africans themselves do not believe in African-owned institutions. For the first time in a long while, I am hearing a Nigerian President stand confidently on international stages and speak less like a local politician and more like somebody thinking about the future economic power of Africa itself. I'm so happy to say that Nigeria is in safe hands with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu!!

NEW: 🇨🇳🇺🇸 Trump confirmed today that China is refusing to buy NVIDIA chips because they are developing their own This once again confirms that the US has lost the main bargaining card with China which I wrote about it yesterday. TRUMP: “They have (Nvidia) a much higher level than H200.China needs it and yeah it came up. They choose not to buy because they want to develop their own. I think something could happen on that.”

CLARIFICATION ON RECENT REPORTS REGARDING THE NEUTRALISATION OF TERRORIST COMMANDER ABU-BILAL AL-MINUKI The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) wishes to provide clarification following emerging public discourse regarding the recent neutralisation of a high-profile terrorist commander, Abu-Bilal Al-Minuki, during a joint operation with the United States Africa Command on 16 May, 2026. Certain media reports referencing a similar operation in 2024 have mentioned the elimination of a terrorist commander bearing the same name. This has understandably generated questions about the identity of the individual recently neutralised. It is important to state that within the North East region and across the Lake Chad Basin, the use of similar or identical names, aliases and nom de guerres is common among ISWAP and Boko Haram terrorists. This is essentially part of their indoctrination program which is aimed at deliberately obscuring identities. This fact has been established over the years in the course of counter terrorism operations in the Northeast of Nigeria. The Abu-Bilal Al-Minuki eliminated on 16 May, 2026 has been positively identified through human intelligence and technical surveillance as a senior global operative within the Islamic State network, with direct links to international terrorist coordination, funding and operations across the Sahel. There is therefore no ambiguity in his identity. The strike is a significant milestone in our counter-terrorism efforts. The Armed Forces of Nigeria, in partnership with the United States, remain committed to dismantling terrorist networks and will continue to provide verified information through official channels. The general public and the media are please urged to rely only on these sources to avoid confusion from coincidental name similarities. HAVE YOU HEARD OF COGNITIVE FLUENCY BIAS? Read this before you judge an Obidient. The eye that has followed the forest too long can no longer recognise daylight. It is not blindness. It is conditioning. And conditioning, left unchallenged, becomes a second nature more stubborn than the first. Science has a name for what has happened to the Obidient mind. They call it Cognitive Fluency Bias. You see, our brains naturally prefer information that is easy to process. Intelligent or sophisticated content often requires more mental effort. Therefore, we must be intentional in training our brains on creative substances so it can adequately appreciate intelligent patterns. Shall I begin? Understand that intelligence is not automatic - it is a muscle, and like every muscle, it requires deliberate, sustained, sometimes painful exercise. Those conditioned to low-effort content - their minds do not simply dislike depth; they have been architecturally reorganised to resist it. It explains why some of our parents cannot appreciate movies like ',Game of Thrones' even though they are educated. Because decades of feeding the brain Isakaba, Aki and Pawpaw, Saamu Alajo, will naturally dull their taste in intellectually rigorous productions and 'King of Boys' may appear like a waste of time to them. They are not foolish, their mind have just been accustomed to shallow productions and will definitely struggle to appreciate depth. Now bring this same truth into the political arena - and what do we find? FOUR Years of religiously, diligently, fanatically consuming the most intellectually malnourishing content ever served under the banner of political discourse. "Washing toilet as security policy." "Consult a madman as crime advisory." "Close your shop and pursue the thief as rebuttal to strict anti-corruption strategy." "China go back to China as economic doctrine." The brain has been abused, the mind has been violated, yet you stand before this casualty of four years of political junk food and expect them to appreciate Asiwaju's outing in Kigali? You expect the calculus of statecraft to land cleanly on a palate shaped entirely by sensationalism? You are not being fair to the Obidients. A tongue long fed on vinegar may reject honey. Continuous consumption of bitterness can make sweetness feel offensive. It does not mean Obidients are not capable of brilliance, some of them possess multiple degree and may even florish in other conversations of less mental rigour like orgasm, patriarchy, savagery, etc, not just governance, nation building or economic architecture. These are the terrains where Peter Obi's brand of content has done the most irreversible damage to his own followers. Anyone subjected to the sustained mediocrity Obidients have endured under Peter Obi will - almost inevitably - perceive intelligent content as boring. Not because the content lacks value. But because their cognitive reward system has been trained to reject what it has never been given the grace to recognise. So be Nice. Be patient with them. Tolerate their ignorance. They are not your enemies. They are victims - sincerely, thoroughly, and without their own full knowledge - of the most effective political miseducation this democracy has yet witnessed. Good Morning Severally...
