Update on my mum who’s been ill ever since she had her 2nd jab: she saw the GP to discuss blood test & she’s now booked in for x-ray & other tests as she has restricted blood flow to kidneys which suggests a blood clot. Her doctor said: nothing to do w/ vax😑

Today with the help of my fellow chair /colleague @DrA_Mehta we went to help our Consutlant colleagues on the ward helping to treat the sick with Covid and non covid - we were supported by our Consultant colleague @BHRUT_NHS Dr Donna Walker -@EastLondonHCP

A day on the wards at BHRUT was eye-opening for my colleague Dr J John and I as we witnessed selfless medical teams at the front end of this pandemic .Proud to be part of a profession where resilience, empathy and perseverance are deeply embedded but clear to see . ..thank you
