I will never use @TUIUK again. Had the worst experience due to the delay, unhygienic hotel, no food during certain hours.. was suppose to have been all inclusive 4* hotel!!! Bad customer service that brush your issues aside.

@TUIUK We have done that and not satisfied with the responses. The complaints have been closed on your end so we are now in the process of escalating it. In the meantime we will be letting as many people know to avoid this company
