A problem has existed for iPads with DNA results on @AncestryUK @Ancestry for 4 days now. On browsers it’s near-on impossible to select another kit, if you keep pressing several times you *might* be able to get the dropdown - but many times it just doesn’t work. Reported in many Facebook groups and to Ancestry directly (with no help - apart from “clear cookies”). I’ve done all the usual, log out, clear cookies, re-start - with no luck. Can this please be fixed. I was travelling with only my iPad and it was a nightmare!
