@donneywp I am very excited you feel that way. Reflecting on the type of proficiencies we have over the years, I can identify so many positive aspects for 1st, 2nd & 3rd year STNs with this idea. I believe the idea has 2×RN on shift overseeing, with students providing all aspects of care.
