It's not AT ALL unfeasible for the Iraqi PMU to shoot down a KC-135, so anyone who thinks otherwise is just fooling themselves.
The vulnerability of tankers is well known. These are just civilian 747s except even bigger. They are sitting ducks for any kind of air defense.
