The truth is that this is not just a tragedy it is a failure of governance. The Nigeria government has repeatedly promised security, yet people continue to suffer the consequences of weak protection, poor intelligence coordination, and years of neglected security reforms. Citizens should not have to wake up every day wondering if they will survive a trip to the market or their own neighborhood. When bomb blasts become part of daily life, it shows how badly the system has failed the people it is supposed to protect. The government must be held accountable for allowing insecurity to persist while ordinary Nigerians keep paying the price with their lives.
