Canada doesn’t avoid U.S. dairy because it’s “inferior.” It avoids it because the system is locked down with tariffs and supply management. That’s not consumer choice. That’s policy protection. And here’s the part no one likes to say out loud: if Canadian dairy is so untouchable, why does it need a wall around it? This isn’t about quality. It’s about control.
