La General Hospital was demolished over safety fears and a new build was started, but the project has been abandoned under the NDC government.

@DrEAmoakoh Agenda 111 started as “Agenda 88” in 2020 during Covid and we were made to understand that they would finish them within a year. It was later revised to Agenda 111. By the time you left office only one was commissioned by Nana Addo

Agenda 111 was basically started in 2022. 24 months to bring the facility to where it is now. Your grossly incompetent government has been in power for 16 months and has failed to operationalize a facility furnished to the point of having a fully set up OPD. You should have passed the point of feeling ashamed months ago but alas we can’t expect much from defenders of abobolance. Cheers
🇬🇭god Amongst Men@evithence

You started a project and promised Ghanaians to complete, why the complains ? Or you couldn’t complete? You should be ashamed of yourself

@NtimFordjour You don't deserve to feed on taxpayers' money. You're a complete waste. You have no business being in Parliament after 2028.

For those calling for fresh national dialogue on the Human Sexual Rights & Family Values Bill, it is a clandestine attempt to massacre the bill to block its expedited passage and assent. Fresh dialogue on the bill won’t be necessary. In fact this bill as recent as 2024 received overwhelming and more-than-sufficient national dialogue, resulting in a nationwide consensus for passage. The few dissenting views who subjected the passed bill to Supreme Court interpretation had the matter climaxing in a judicial pronouncement which reaffirmed the consensus and determined that the bill violates no international human rights treaty signed by Ghana. The Supreme Court boldly determined the bill as perfectly in line with our Constitution. The dialogue and debates have been settled already by the Supreme Court. Same bill is now before Parliament. What Ghanaians demand therefore, is expedited passage and assent of the bill; not fresh dialogue. No turning Back! No U turn will be condoned!

You are a member of the NPP and you are not proud of it. Relax let me tell you why you need to be proud to be a member of the NPP Most elites of the NDC wished to be NPP members but because there is a certain notion that with the NPP you need to follow the line till it gets to your turn, most of them move to the NDC so they can get to the top easily because most of the NDC people are illiterate, so the little you enlighten yourself, you have the opportunity to get to the top easily. It is not that they believe in the ideology of the NDC but because of their selfish interests, that's why when they get to the top they don't know what to do to help the average citizens. Whilst the NPP ideology of being in line is sometimes spoken against, it also helps its members to keep enlightening themselves so that when they get power and appointed as ministers of states they help bring more ideas 💡 that will help the citizens. This is the least of the reasons why you should be proud to be a member of the NPP especially if the you have the nation and citizens at heart ❤

Today at Tyco City Hotel in Sunyani, the NDC held a communication workshop with Regional and Constituency Communication Officers and their deputies. In attendance were the Deputy Defence Minister, Hon. Brugya Gyamfi; Sammy Gyamfi’s younger brother, Dr. Sammy Aye; the Bono Regional Minister, Charles Akowuah; Eric Adjei Esq.; and other party executives. During the meeting, participants were served breakfast and lunch, and an amount exceeding ¢2,000 was shared among about 120 members. This is just the Bono Region, and similar activities are being carried out across all 16 regions. Meanwhile, some teachers and nurses are still yet to be paid.

What @NanaAgyei1860 Has done today should be replicated by all Ashanti Regional MPs to help really bring back the love of the NPP and restore our world bank when it comes to elections. His constituents were sooo happy and the youth were giving him his flowers and some even said he has done something NAPO never did. Soloku in Manhyia South was a blast💥 chale, wished you all were here to experience it. Well done @NanaAgyei1860 and keep up with the good work Hon.🙏

@DjoletoT However, to be fair to the Minister, in his write-up, there was no indication that it was completed. He used the term "Slip road" which is an engineering term.

This is the state of the Nungua Interchange, Junction Mall. The Minister asphalted just a small portion of the road and posted it on the internet for accolades. I just passed there and the place looks like a dumpster, untouched for over 5 months. It has been abandoned, that's why we tell you these people are full of settings.

Dear Sergio Nana Kwadwo Jantuah, I have come across your opprobrium! You are unhappy with my description of the President on Newsfile as a master of optics and less of substance when it comes to the fight against Galamsey. Kwadwo, may I remind you that aside from pointing out the obvious failures of President Mahama and his disgraceful fight when it comes to Galamsey, I also raised serious questions on value for money. 1. The Kumasi-Accra project that was initially awarded for GHC2B has magically increased to GHC6B even though 64% of the works have been done. 2. The Dambai bridge that received financial clearance for GHC3 billion has magically increased to GHC3.9 billion. A whopping difference of GHC989 million. 3. The Mankesim to Ajumako to Agona Swedru road that received financial commitment for GHC2.1 billion has magically inflated to GHC2.89B billion. A difference of GHC800 million. As a journalist, your main job is to hold politicians accountable on how our meager resources are used. To turn a blind eye on these critical issues, exorbitant yet unexplained contract increments, and focus your attention on tangential issues show your true mens rea. You are more interested in justifying and defending the ills of this administration than doing your job as vanguard of the national purse. Sergio Ramos adwuma no gyae!!! Nkrutu adwuma no gyae wai. Regards, Kofi Tonto.
