A tragic accident claimed the life of a taxi driver known as ‘Action Man’ yesterday, April 3, 2026, on the Dwomo-Techimantia Road in the Tano South Municipal District of the Ahafo Region.
According to reports, he was heading to Techimantia between 4 and 5 a.m. to pick up passengers when heavy fog significantly reduced visibility. His taxi collided at high speed with a stationary truck loaded with bamboo, which smashed through his vehicle, causing fatal injuries to his eyes and forehead. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
