If you watch the video, there's a fascinating moment where Rota realizes what he's saying and what side of WWII the person they are honouring was on. He pauses briefly before he plows ahead committing career suicide. It would be sad if it wasn't so farcical.

@CBCNews It's been at least 9 hours that they have been aware of this issue. They have no estimate on when it will be fixed, nor any transparency as to what may be the issue. They have, however, had no problem sending through pending transactions on my Visa.

TD Bank Group says its direct deposit system has been hit by technical issues that are preventing account holders from getting paid.
TD says it is working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

I have never answered a poll. My wife has never been called for a poll. No one I know was called for a poll this election cycle. My dad, a life long conservative voter, always answers a call from a pollster. Call a thousand 75+ con voters you get screwed results. Here’s hoping.

The glimmer of hope I have for tonight is that I think some conservatives are lying to pollsters. I think more of them will vote NDP than they’re willing to admit on the phone. Will it be enough for an NDP win? Probably not, but I think it will be closer than the polls have it.
