Based on the deposition of officials of CSU under oath where they disowned his certificate, an alumni or CSU, can take Bola Tinubu to Court for forging the institution’s certificate and bringing the university to disrepute. The above is one scenario and another scenario is the people whose signatures are used can bring a civil charge of forgery against the fake president, which triggers criminal proceedings, Amoda Yekini Sangodele AKA Bola Ahmed Tinubu aka Adekunle can face up to 25 years imprisonment in US.
