@SW_Help pls can you tell me why the 1720 WAT:EXE & the 0536 GIL:WAT are short formed? 1 carriage short on both journeys. In a time of staying safe thru space from others ideally you are doing the opposite thru lack of carriages. Why?

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch With respect I don’t think a train can be late leaving Waterloo due to rain 120+ miles away esp as the train had been sat at Waterloo from at 5pm onwards. Please just tell the truth.

@SouthWestLoco @Johnderryman @swtrains_watch @SW_Help Excellent service as usual. I’ve had no reply as to why short formed. Sub standard service on offer and barely an apology. Def not VFM on a £6.5k season ticket!
