@GoogleMyBiz The screenshot I sent is literally a denial of an appeal. You can see it. I never received a case ID. I’ve provided you the email the profile is under, the name and location of the business, and screenshots of emails you’ve sent me. What more do you need? Can you not Google it?

@GoogleMyBiz There are no changes to make. Google is saying our business does not exist despite multiple pieces of evidence to the contrary. We can’t change our profile to make our business exist any more than it already does. I’ll DM you the case.
