we're still trying to find a long-term home for my lovely silly little cat Shuri, who is currently in northern Nairobi I had to leave the country for personal health reasons, and she needs a safe loving home she is being fed, but needs a new permanent home and family ❤️‍🩹

at the moment, someone is sometimes feeding her but I understand she's mostly outside and trying to fend for herself, and without safe places to sleep or company ❤️‍🩹 she's healthy, spayed and vaccinated

I left Nairobi two months ago in a personal emergency, but have struggled to find a safe loving home for my lovely sparky three year old cat Shuri If you know a suitable home, please pass this on — I'm really worried about her

@jusnier_ @AlyahAlansi thanks I've had to leave Kenya for health reasons, and I am looking for a long term home for her - rather than a vet clinic/kennels the people who I've contacted, who find homes for pets and rescued stray animals, have all been quite overwhelmed — it's not been easy

@AlyahAlansi @dosima_org unfortunately siko around. also I almost tagged a vet clinic that offers cat sitting but I'm not sure if he wants to rehome her or to be homed until he gets back.

#Kenya: It is very concerning that yesterday's killing of protesters came barely 2 weeks after more than 15 protesters were reportedly killed & many more injured in Nairobi & other parts of Kenya on 25 June. Those responsible must be held to account.
