you have 9 months
$15,000 in the bank
and one goal: build a $750k/year ecom business from zero
here’s the roadmap i’d actually follow
start with problems, not products
beginners chase trending SKUs, operators chase problems people want gone yesterday
look for pain points that don’t disappear with seasons, are stressful enough to obsess over, and already have big brands spending hard to solve them
high ad spend usually means proven urgency
then reverse-engineer what ads are really selling
most ads aren’t selling objects, they’re selling relief
a posture product isn’t “better alignment”
it’s “waking up sore, stiff, and feeling older than you should”
solve that level of frustration and demand shows up fast
don’t compete with the same solution
anyone can resell the same thing, very few explain the problem differently
new mechanism
new usage moment
new identity for the buyer
same pain, different logic — that’s how you escape price wars
write copy that sounds uncomfortably accurate
your job isn’t to convince, it’s to make someone think “that’s me”
clear timeframes, visible outcomes, real specificity beat vague benefits every time
build systems, not just product pages
a simple funnel beats a pretty PDP
warm-up page
sales page
bundles + order bumps
2–3 upsells to lift AOV
turning a $25 buyer into $55 is what unlocks ad scale
set up retention before scaling traffic
email and sms do the quiet work
abandoned checkout
post-purchase education
cross-sells and repeats
that extra 15–30% is what turns stores into brands
this is how $15k turns into a real ecom business
not by chasing “winning products,” but by solving real problems the right way
and if you want all my best guides, comment “plays” and i’ll send them over (follow for dm)

I broke down the exact infrastructure we use to scale our clients without spending an extra dollar on ads
Everything is inside one Miro board + an 80 minute walkthrough:
👉 Acquisition systems
👉 Backend engine
👉 Sales team + KPIs
👉 Delivery + retention + upsell systems
👉 Automations, tech, SOPs, hiring… everything A–Z
If you want the full infrastructure we plug into our clients’ businesses…
Reply “INFRA” and I’ll DM you the full breakdown (must be following so I can send)

@ne0american @BenWilsonTweets @racistbilbo You two are arguing against a word, not the idea. ‘Outlaw’ in modern slang means criminal. Historically it meant operating outside civil law with sovereign sanction. Ben is talking about the second thing. You’re attacking the first. That is why none of your critiques land.

@BenWilsonTweets @racistbilbo Yea bro I totally wanna be an outlaw bro. Only if its allowed and sanctioned tho

I often hear proposals for two years of mandatory national service.
I would like to modestly propose the opposite: Two years of optional outlawry.
At age 18, American young men can go spend two years overseas.
For anything they do during those two years, they will not be prosecuted in the United States, nor will extradition requests be granted.
They can run night clubs and provide neighborhood protection services together with other youth while exploring the world. They can learn industries like African mineral rights or Andean pharmacology.
I think this would have very beneficial outcomes for the youth of America, and dovetails nicely with our cultural traditions (koryos).

@diecoping Did you go into ads raw or split your time on education (where?) while iterating in the field?
