Not only did I learn this month that I have a tongue tie, but there’s also a link to my horrible sleep patterns and TMJ because of my tongue tie. I literally thought only babies get this. My mind is blown lol

@lettersfromjuno yep, it's all linked. my tie meant I couldn't suction my tongue to the roof of my mouth growing up and encourage the palate to widen. one snip as a baby could've saved me $10k and years of suffering lol 👍 just telling myself it'll be worth it once done 😅
