Or pour faire des redoublements de passes, des unes-deux, il faut parfois être l'initiateur, mais aussi le receveur, celui qui crée la passe par son appel. Garcia est excellent pour aller fixer, jouer en passe et va, mais Lamine refuse ce jeu. Il veut être celui qui contrôle le jeu. Avec Kounde cela fonctionne, car Kounde ne joue quasi exclusivement que le rôle de receveur, appuis, avaleur d'espace. Mais avec Garcia, ce sont deux chefs d'orchestres qui veulent jouer la même partition. Rien que dans le tweet cité, j'ai trouvé 3 exemples où Lamine a de l'espace dans le dos de la défense, mais au lieu de le prendre, se met en retrait. Garcia, s'il veut faire avancer le jeu, doit chercher quelqu'un d'autre. La seule fois où l'action a été vraiment bonne, c'est lorsque Garcia lui-même a pris la profondeur sur un une-deux. C'est donc beaucoup trop simpliste de dire que Lamine est bridé, que son latéral ne lui propose rien. On pourrait aussi dire que Lamine propose peut à son latéral. Ou bien on se contente d'un latéral comme Koundé qui joue exclusivement l'espace et le pivot, mais alors on ne peut pas se plaindre de ne pas avoir un latéral qui joue au ballon... Si Lamine veut step up dans son jeu associatif et apporter plus aux attaques, il devra aussi faire plus d'appels. Faire ce que le jeu demande, et pas seulement ce que le "je" demande.
