Halo had a near perfect ending. It should've ended at 3 just like Dark Souls. Would've finished at it's peak, never had a downfall and wouldn't have a single bad game in the franchise. Just think about that. Ending where it began, in a cryo-pod.

@BunkerDwellerYT Halo’s problem is that the gameplay, tone and aesthetics of Halo are VERY 2000s (in a good way). So new Halo either feels dated or not like Halo.

The Halo discourse is reminding me of what is apparently a "hot take" that I have, which is becoming more and more vindicated as the years tick by Series shouldn't (and can't) last forever.

For the foreseeable future, I will not be supporting anything official related to Halo. This is the last straw. This kind of mistreatment of the devs is beyond unacceptable. We need to put our foot down as a community. Take Halo away from Microsoft.

Especially if they think they are going to sell it to me with NO MULTIPLAYER for $49.99-59.99. Now we find out what I always thought to be true. 404i managment never really changed and the underlings were promoted into OBSOLESCENCE instead of hiring NEW and capable candidates. THINK what has pierre done for the better of 404i? Being a part of the 6 YEAR fix of MCC is not a W. As customers and fans this is OUR stand to finally get what we have asked for. SOMETHING NEW.
