What do you know about what cognitive science knows about the limits and capacities of the human brain? Do you know who Miller and Cowan are and what their influence is on our understanding of short-term memory? What about Baddeley and Hitch wrt working memory? Or Levelt and Bock? Flower and Hayes? If you don’t know and need to ask an AI or the internet for help, then you probably shouldn’t get involved with any conversation about Joseph Smith’s dictation process, ESPECIALLY on Alma 36.

To my LDS friends, if you support Trump or the MAGA movement, you will be unfollowed without warning. I will no longer bow down to anybody who is LDS and still supports Trump or the MAGA movement. A real Latter Day Saint would support the Democratic Party.

Imagine looking at the group of people in the world with the healthiest bodies, the most stable families, the lowest rates of divorce, the most children, who read and know the scriptures the most, who give most to charity, who volunteer the most and tell us we’re somehow terminally ill.
