@RobertStock6 Yeah, only 100% way to be sure is if every pitcher tags their intended locations after the game. but wouldn’t any scouting report at MLB level show the same hitter tendencies give or take, regardless of the exact formula being used?

@dougcotler If you have the wrong scouting report does that mean your location score suffers?

The problem with location+ grades is that a pitcher with great stuff SHOULD aim down the middle all the time. If he does, does he have good location? Unlike stuff and pitching grades, there’s not an obvious metric to grade command.
