Beginners. Walk 1 minute at no less than 5kmhr( average speeds per age below. If you can walk faster, DO.) If you're on a treadmill, walk using your arms as well as legs, don't hold onto anything. Then run at no less than 10kmhr for 30 seconds. Repeat all of that for 15 mins. Stretch for at least 15 mins after EVERY workout. Plenty of sips of fluids as you workout. 3 times a week. Gauge how you feel ( stiff, sore, pain) and only up speed or duration when it feels right. Your body will let you know. Always consult your Dr before embarking on any exercise programme.
