Our country was set up to avoid exactly this. We are NOT a pure democracy. And we are not a pure democracy so that those who live in the urban areas can’t lord over those in distant rural areas. I’m beyond disgusted. What is the GOP doing to counter this BS and save our constitutional republic?

What’s impressive about this is that the education system didn’t just eliminate virtually all conservative thought as it moved toward left wing extremism, they got rid of almost anyone who was in the middle too. Anyone who doesn’t fully comply with the groupthink isn’t welcome.

Normally it is around 5. Asian buyers that once depended on Hormuz are now turning to U.S. supply. In some strange way, the Strait of Hormuz being blocked is actually the biggest payday U.S. oil has ever had.

It's fascinating to see what social media reveals about a person before they become the Pope. Before he became Pope Leo XIV, Cardinal Robert Prevost was on Twitter trashing Trump, criticizing Vance, calling for open borders, promoting COVID vaccines, endorsing stricter gun control, and tweeting after George Floyd: "We need to hear more from leaders in the Church, to reject racism and seek justice."
