@TribitOfficial Hi Team, I purchased tribit X sound go in India. It's battery stopped working after 15 months. I spoke to customer care and got to know tribit do not have any official /authorized service center. How can customer resolve their issue? This is disappointing.

@ACKOIndia Hi Acko, I purchased car instance from your app and since that day I started getting spam calls like 20 times in a day. It was rare before that. You claim to not share data /spam but surely it's not the case. Don't sell user data to promotional companies.

@airtelindia I raised the complaint about poor network coverage and internet issue for more than 1 month, received call after previous X post but no resolution. Customer support does not resolve the issue as well, poor service

@airtelindia purchased new airtel postpaid 1+3 family plan thinking the services will be better than Jio but this is even worse on my location. I have created ticket, I hope to get it fixed. Less than 1 mbps in 4g in open area.

@reliancejio @JioCare it's been 35 days since I paid 1111 rs for jio air fiber connection LR00000U07R7, but no one contacts for installation. Called customer line many times, just fake promise. Poor support!

@JioMart_Support I returned entire order number 17473071000287013A but did not receive refund. Opened multiple tickets and got call each time from your support that we will get back in 48 hours, but just closed the tickets. Poor quality products are being sent and no help

@JioCare why jio call line escalation does not work until you post here? If customers have to come over here for complain, why do we have support line, it's been 20 days since I advanced paid jio air fiber and no one reached out, escalated mutiple times, booking ID LR00000U07R7
